Ingenieur*in the field of landscape construction and management, landscape architecture (diploma / Bachelor / Master) (m / d) for the department 8.2 green spaces /
The position is to be unlimited with the average regular weekly working time to occupy.

The city of Dinslaken has with the currently ongoing development of the "Master Plan Green" on the way to move the topics of green supply, climate adaptation and sustainability in the sense of a livable city even more into focus. The green cadastre to be compiled is to support the master plan and provide answers to the questions:

Which green spaces do we have in Dinslaken? What qualities do they have? How should they develop in the future? How can they be effectively maintained or redesigned? As a "classic" green space office with a new construction and maintenance department, we implement numerous green projects every year.

These range from path construction measures and procurement of new play equipment for playgrounds to complex new construction measures of urban development concepts of new urban neighborhoods. There are many opportunities to develop and apply your own strengths
Your main tasks include:
Taking on tasks from the "Master Plan Green" such as the development of an urban green cadastre
Project management and planning services across all service phases of the HOAI in the field of outdoor facilities of daycare centers and schools, as well as public green spaces (parks, cemeteries, playgrounds) in different sizes
-Given the opportunity, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of the project. Supervision of external specialist planners and assumption of the building owner function
-Cooperation with other specialist services, initiatives, citizens
-Production of technical statements and administrative submissions
Required:
-Successfully completed studies in the field of landscape construction and management, or landscape architecture, landscape management (diploma/bachelor's/master's degree) or a comparable field
In addition:
-Interest in geoinformation systems
-Sure handling of MS Office and CAD programs
-Sure and friendly appearance, assertiveness
-Self-reliant and structured way of working
-Communication and team skills
