Your main responsibilities:
-Open space and open space development (conception, elaboration as well as control of implementation) in connection with construction projects of urban development significance.
-Project management for open space development within the framework of the federal funding program "Model Project Old Hamborn and Marxloh".
-Awarding and managing external engineering, architectural and construction services as well as freelance services (expert opinions, feasibility studies, citizen participation, etc.).
-Development of tender documents
-Development of documents for funding applications and the accounting of funding
-Implementation or. Your professional competencies:
-A completed (technical) university education (Bachelor (FH/HS)
or a comparable university degree in the field of landscape management, landscape architecture, landscape planning or landscape construction
-A subsequent minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the development of open space and open spaces and a subsequent minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the management of open space and open space development. 2-year professional experience in the management and control of projects
-good knowledge of public procurement law
-sure handling of MS Office applications, knowledge of CAD
(VectorWorks), AVA and Adobe CS
