Job Description

As an office for landscape architecture, we plan and build projects for open spaces for public and private clients. We are a young team of 9 landscape architects based in Balingen and Stuttgart.
We are looking for support in the area of business administration and office management at the location in Stuttgart.

The position is advertised as a part-time position 50% (=20h) with flexible working hours.

The following tasks await you:
-Organization of business processes in our office / human resources management, cooperation with the tax office
-Building and expanding customer contacts, appointment coordination
-Collaboration in the optimization of project processes and business strategies, controlling tasks
- Preparation and follow-up of the acquisition and external presentation of the office (homepage / social media / print media / press releases / telephone calls, etc.).)
You have the following qualifications:
You have completed vocational training in a commercial profession in a relevant field
You are goal-oriented, flexible and a team player
You have good communication skills and are an organizational talent
You enjoy making phone calls and writing emails, blogs and posts
You speak fluent German
You are willing to familiarize yourself with the job-specific processes of an architectural office
