The federal city of Bonn, home to around 333,000 people, is Germany's UN, congress and Beethoven city, the seat of numerous international and scientific institutions, federal ministries and supreme federal authorities, a university rich in tradition, and the location of global companies. The Urban Greenspace Division at the Office of the Environment and Urban Greenspace plans, builds and develops approximately 1,400 hectares of green space with about 285 employees.
Tasks include:
-Planning, costing, tendering and construction management of landscaping work in the field of playgrounds, green spaces, parks and outdoor facilities of kindergartens and schools
-Processing of all service phases of HOAI 1-9
-Preparation, contracting, commissioning, monitoring and billing of external landscape architects in accordance with. HOAI
-Superior construction management in the construction
-Coordination of planning participants
Expected:
-completed studies (diploma/ bachelor/ master) as an engineer*in landscape architecture and planning or comparable field
-good digital skills, especially in terms of CAD, GIS and MS Office applications, as well as the ability to display and present work results
-relevant knowledge of current codes and standards for gardening, and landscaping
is desired:
-Several years of experience in a municipal green space office or in an adequate institution
-Independence, assertiveness, confident appearance, especially in dealing with planning and engineering offices
-Ability to work in a structured, results-oriented manner and on schedule
-Enjoyment of work, ability to work in a team and the willingness to familiarize yourself with the topics of public urban green space
The Office for Environment and Urban Green Space is currently undergoing an organizational process. Due to this, structural adjustments in all subject areas are possible. Active cooperation in the organizational process is required.
