Position as: Site Manager / Landscape Architect Lph 5-8 (m/f/d)

Full/part-time

Location: Fürth

Starting immediately



Your tasks:



Execution planning of outdoor facilities:

- Development of sections and details relevant to execution

- Elevation planning, drainage planning

- Stake-out plans and site plans for execution

Construction management and supervision:

- Monitoring the construction work and ensuring the professional implementation of the planning

- Acceptance of construction work and documentation of construction progress

- Coordination with contractors and authorities

Advice and support for customers:

- Advising clients on the selection of materials and plants

- Customer support throughout the entire project phase

- Preparation of cost estimates and invoices



Your profile:



Degree:

- Completed studies in landscape architecture or comparable professional training

Knowledge:

- CAD and AVA programs (Vectorworks and Orca AVA)

- Building regulations and standards

- Knowledge of plants and materials

- Good knowledge of German and written and spoken communication skills, important for the final documentation of each service phase

Skills:

- Creativity and design talent

- Technical knowledge

- Communication skills

- Ability to work in a team

- Independent way of working
