The German Builder-Owner Award has been presented for more than three decades. It is recognized by experts as the most important prize in the field of residential construction in Germany and is awarded every two years.
The announcement for the 2024 Bauherrenpreis was made in December 2023.
The award ceremony will take place on June 26, 2024 as part of the Housing Future Day 2024 at the EUREF Campus in Berlin.
