Dear Sir or Madam,

We are delighted to welcome you to the Green Track Forum organized by the Institute for Agricultural and Urban Ecological Projects at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin (IASP), the Green Track Network and WerkStadtMobilität in Berlin.

Green tracks are now "state of the art" in urban areas and it is impossible to imagine life without them. But the times when the expected appearance was that of a golf course lawn are history. Today, it is more about biodiversity and environmental services in a limited urban environment. Sedum species, herbs and other flowering plants have long since conquered the space between the tracks and contribute to a more pleasant climate in our cities, among other things. In the green track forum, we want to look at the various greening options and their requirements for the system structure. In addition, topics such as maintenance and track construction for green tracks will also be part of the Green Track Forum.

In addition to the technical topics, let's also look at the design elements that can be used to get more and more people excited about environmentally friendly, attractive and passenger- and resident-friendly local public transport.
