It explains the legal and technical principles, as well as the safety-related aspects of planning and implementing inclusive play spaces. The content and functionality of the inclusion matrix will also be explained. The aim is to give participants a basic understanding of how inclusive play spaces work and how they do not.
On the 2nd day, the focus will be on practice: the planning implementation of the requirements will be explained using an example and practical experience will be gained on a playground.
The seminar is recognized as advanced training for landscape architects by the AKNW. The speakers are Dipl.-Ing. Ulrich Paulig, owner of the planning office P2 Spielräume and qualified playground inspector according to DIN 79161, together with Dipl.-Ing. Sandra Blume, landscape architect bdla, moderator for child and youth participation and certified expert for playgrounds.
