The refurbishment of a building involves many components: Insulation of the building envelope, in the case of a roof renovation, the PV obligation also applies according to the Hamburg Climate Protection Act, heating replacement with integration of renewable energies, installation of a ventilation system if necessary. There may also be the question of whether an electricity storage system is a sensible addition and when it is worth switching to electromobility.
This event will shed light on the sensible interaction of the various components in terms of cost efficiency, resource conservation and energy autonomy - also with a view to dynamic electricity prices and energy management systems.
