It is obvious that the construction of the future must change: the responsible use of limited primary resources and the use of existing materials through reuse or at least upcycling will accompany us in the coming years. In the meantime, more and more project developers are demanding concepts for orderly deconstruction after the use phase, as required by the NaWoh seal of the housing industry, even when planning new buildings.
This online seminar explains the need for action and describes the steps towards a new era of building material use.

This event is being held in cooperation with the GdW Bundesverband deutscher Wohnungs- und Immobilienunternehmen e.V. and is funded by the impulse program of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg.
