The city of Schwerte, a dynamic and cosmopolitan medium-sized town with approx. 48,000 inhabitants* in the district of Unna - charmingly situated on the Ruhr in the conurbation of the Ruhr area between Dortmund and Hagen on the edge of the Sauerland is looking as soon as possible for a permanent



a landscape architect/planner



in the Planning Office, Department of Urban Development, Transport and Environment. The classification is based on the provisions of the collective agreement for the public service (EGr. 11 TVöD).



Your future responsibilities will include in particular:



- Planning and implementation of green and open spaces as well as square designs

- Planning and implementation of playgrounds and schoolyards

- Coordination and implementation of greening measures in the urban area



Your profile:



- You have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in landscape architecture/environmental planning or a comparable degree

- You have practical experience and knowledge in the field of open space and landscape planning from design to construction

- You have strong communication skills, are creative and flexible

- A high level of commitment, the ability to work in a team and proximity to the community are required

- Good IT skills and a driving license are required
