Your tasks

° Planning of outdoor facilities for new construction projects and modernization of existing buildings for the largest housing company in Bielefeld

° Planning, coordination and supervision of outdoor facilities according to HOAI §15 LP1-9

° Site manager activities in the area of outdoor facilities incl. acceptance and invoicing

° Tendering, awarding, commissioning, coordination and monitoring of care and maintenance measures for our outdoor facilities

° Preparation of contracts for annual care, annual repair and annual maintenance measures

° Performing public safety duties in the area of our outdoor facilities

° Project work (internal and external)



Your profile

° Successfully completed studies in horticulture and landscaping (FH or university) or master craftsman in horticulture and landscaping with a focus on open space planning/land use planning

° Good specialist knowledge and experience in the field of gardening and landscaping

° You have knowledge of HOAI, VOB

° Confident handling of MS Office products

° Knowledge of the following programs is an advantage: ArcGIS (ArcView), California, SAP, Dataflor-Landexpert

° Hands-on mentality, perseverance, ability to persuade

° Empathy, strong communication skills and team orientation
