We are looking for reinforcement from May 2024 or later, mainly in the area of design and implementation planning (LP 1-5), preferably also more (LP 6-9).



WHO WE ARE

Allow me? Hunck Lorenz Freiraumplanung. Our owner-managed, 16-strong Hamburg planning office, based in beautiful Hamburg-Altona, has been designing, planning and realizing a wide variety of open space planning projects for over 20 years, including primarily residential construction, educational and care facilities, parks and squares.

YOUR TASKS

Focused collaboration on open space projects in service phases 1-5, such as

Development of planning concepts,

Coordination and coordination with planning participants,

Preparation of mass calculations, cost calculations,

Preparation of implementation plans.

We would also like to involve you in the processing of competitions.

Depending on your experience and wishes, we will also be happy to deploy you in construction management/property management (LP 6-8) or train you for this area.



WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

You should have a degree in landscape architecture/open space planning or a comparable subject and also have experience in design and implementation planning. "Old hands" and motivated newcomers are equally welcome. Do you already have knowledge of Vectorworks, Adobe CS and the common MS Office programs? Then send us your application!
