Job Description

We are looking for

Dipl.-Ing./Bachelor/Master landscape planning, geoecology, nature conservation or comparable for the field of environmental assessment with the working fields of environmental reports, impact regulation, species protection and area protection, EIA, LBP, FFH-VP, species protection specialist contributions for urban land use plans as well as contributions to land use planning, such as environmental reports on land use plans. Current focus of work: Preparation of environmental assessments for power grid expansion, commercial and residential area planning, infrastructure projects, gravel and sand extraction, projects under federal immission control and water law. Other project types: Potential area analysis for photovoltaic systems and wind energy generation plants as well as support for approval procedures for these types of projects.



FUGMANN JANOTTA PARTNER is an interdisciplinary team that successfully operates in the field of tension between sophisticated landscape architecture, landscape and open space planning and the moderation of complex planning processes for individual projects. Our work is characterized by the sensitive handling of natural resources and the recognition of overarching contexts. Over the last few years, our team has planned and realized innovative projects and has received several awards for this.



Your profile

- One to several years of experience in the processing of environmental reports, EIAs and LBPs as well as the preparation of species conservation reports and Natura 2000 impact assessments or newcomers with landscape planning training

- Knowledge of current case law on environmental legislation (in particular species and area protection, environmental assessment, water law)

- Good knowledge of ecological contexts and planning implementation, experience in the development of compensation concepts

- Confidence in the common GIS software ArcGIS

- Good communication skills, at least C1 level

- Successfully completed studies in the field of landscape planning or comparable

- Ability to work independently, structure complex tasks and find solutions to problems independently
