Job Description

A24 Landschaft, with around 30 employees, is looking for a personality (m/f/d) with a high level of social competence and a confident manner. You should enjoy working independently and flexibly, be able to work under pressure and have good organizational skills. A completed commercial apprenticeship, very good German language skills and a confident handling of MS Office are desired. Alternatively, the qualification can be proven by several years of experience in the same position.



Your activities will include the following areas:

- Organization of the office with management of the secretariat, support of the management and the team in operational and organizational tasks as well as the administration of office equipment

- Personnel management (employment contracts, contact person for employees)

- Preparatory bookkeeping (payroll and financial accounting)

- Monitoring and execution of payment transactions, dunning process

- Business fluent in the German language
