At the Faculty of Architecture, Institute of Landscape Architecture, the Chair of Landscape Architecture, subject to available funding, has a vacancy for a

scientific Employee (m/f/d) (if the personal requirements are met E 13 TV-L) until 30.09.2028 (employment period according to WissZeitVG). There is the opportunity for own scient. Further qualification (usually doctorate). The compatibility of family and career is a high priority. In principle, the position is also suitable for part-time employees with 50% of the regular weekly working hours. Please note this request in your application.

Tasks: Collaboration in teaching and research at the Chair of Landscape Architecture, which focuses on the creative process down to the last detail, from the planning idea to the realization of outdoor spaces; dealing with different methodological approaches to search for and find feasible and sustainable detailed and material solutions. The focus here is on

the resource-conserving use of materials, climate-resilient and water-sensitive construction methods and the definition of use-dependent quality features are in the foreground.

Prerequisites: wiss. University degree in landscape architecture or an equivalent degree program as well as sound knowledge of the design process from idea development to implementation, e.g. proven by at least two years of professional experience outside

the university; cooperative working methods and very good knowledge of digital presentation media. Sound knowledge of resource-saving and climate-resilient concepts and implementations is desirable.
