a landscape architect (m/f/d) for the work phases 5 - 9 (implementation planning, tendering and construction supervision)

in Kempten im Allgäu.



We at geigerundwaltner landschaftsarchitekten, based in Kempten (Allgäu), are active in the field of environmental and open space planning and work on projects in the greater Allgäu area.

The focus of our work is the design and technical planning of open spaces, town squares, sophisticated inner-city streets, as well as the development of residential complexes and play, sports and leisure areas. Our clients include housing developers, cities and municipalities in particular.





The area of responsibility includes

- Project management for the service phases 5-9 of open space planning according to HOAI

- Participation in and independent preparation of implementation planning and detailed drawings

- Creation of service specifications and participation in contract awards

- Supporting construction site management / construction supervision

- Documentation and invoicing of construction measures

- Property management



We would like to have

- Good knowledge of tendering software, if possible Orca AVA

- Knowledge of CAD (VectorWorks)

- Initiative, commitment and responsible project management

- a communicative, competent colleague who enjoys planning and building
