Job Description

What awaits you



You will be responsible for determining the basics, planning, preparing the awarding of contracts and supervising new construction and renovation measures for cemetery areas (e.g. paths, vegetation, enclosures, burial grounds, grave offerings).


You will also be involved in updating the cemetery development plan, in which you will help to develop and evaluate the associated quality standards for the cemetery areas and new grave offerings in close coordination with the head of department.


You will also deputize for the head of the department.

You have



a successfully completed university degree in landscape architecture or landscape planning

relevant professional experience in working as a landscape architect or landscape planner



In particular, you will have



Specialist knowledge: in tendering and awarding guidelines, building, nature conservation and monument protection regulations and the relevant DIN standards as well as in project planning and project management in the field of open space planning and landscape economics

Result and goal orientation, in particular analytical thinking, technical problem-solving skills and organizational talent

Communication skills, in particular negotiation skills
