We are looking for

Landscape architect / state-certified technician (m/f/d) part-time



Your tasks:

- Planning, tendering, awarding, quality control and invoicing of Group-wide maintenance services (garden maintenance, path cleaning and winter services) for our outdoor facilities (2,800,000 m²)

- Planning, tendering, awarding and monitoring of tree and shrub planting

- Planning, tendering, awarding and site supervision of construction services for the restoration of outdoor facilities after building renovations and improvements to the living environment

- Development of sustainable planting and maintenance concepts for residential construction

- Collaboration in the digitalization and further development of outdoor facility maintenance management



Your requirements:

- Completed studies in landscape architecture / landscape conservation / landscaping (diploma / bachelor's degree) or qualification as a state-certified technician for gardening and landscaping or comparable qualification

- Good specialist knowledge of gardening and landscaping

- Good knowledge of plants

- Confident handling of specialist software programs such as AVA etc. (CAD desirable) and the Microsoft Office package

- Ability to communicate and work in a team

- Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working

- Professional experience is desirable

- Good knowledge of German

- Class B driving license
