For our friendly 18-strong team at SCHÖNHERR Landscape Architects, working on projects in urban environments is a matter close to our hearts. Since 2002, we have been realizing individual open spaces with expertise and commitment - mainly schoolyards, playgrounds and parks. We work nationwide with a focus on Berlin and Brandenburg.



To support our team, we are looking for an experienced landscape architect (m/f/d), graduate engineer (m/f/d) or construction practitioner from the field of landscaping (m/f/d) to supervise the construction of our projects.



Your task with us:

You will be responsible for construction supervision both independently (small projects) and as part of a team (medium and large projects), keep an eye on deadlines and costs and ensure successful communication between all parties involved.

What we expect:

- good knowledge of German, at least level C1

- Several years of experience in construction supervision/site management

- Good technical-constructive knowledge

- Understanding of construction contexts and knowledge of relevant standards

- Experience in schedule and cost control

- Team orientation, empathy and communication skills

- Independent and structured work in intensive exchange with clients and executing companies

- Creativity and enjoyment of solution-oriented action
