Since its foundation, GREENBOX Landschaftsarchitekten has developed into one of the most successful landscape architecture firms in Germany. Our dynamic and committed team of around 120 employees realizes challenging open space planning projects throughout Germany. Our work focuses on the design of public urban spaces, cultural and educational facilities, sports and leisure facilities as well as corporate landscapes for medium-sized and large companies. Our multidisciplinary construction management team from the fields of landscape architecture, civil engineering for road construction and civil engineering as well as landfill construction ensures economical and timely completion with the highest quality standards.



we are looking for landscape architects (m/f/d) as construction managers for our location in cassel.



If you like structured and independent work and enjoy the team-oriented implementation of exciting projects with high design standards, you've come to the right place. The focus of your work will be on the construction management of our projects.



YOUR TASKS WILL INCLUDE:

◼ Creating cost estimates and cost calculations

◼ Creation of service specifications and evaluation of offers

◼ Construction management during the realization of (large-scale) projects with digital construction management tools

◼ Auditing invoices and checking measurements

◼ Taking responsibility for the construction management of open space projects

◼ Wide range of development opportunities up to leading a construction management team for large projects



WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:

◼ Completed studies in the field of landscape architecture, civil engineering or comparable professional specializations

◼ Fluent, business fluent written and spoken German

◼ Good communication skills and enjoy working with people

◼ Independent, committed and responsible way of working

◼ Negotiating skills and assertiveness

◼ Diverse experience in the construction site management of medium to large open space projects
