Job Description

For projects in Northern Germany, especially in the greater Hamburg area, ppr Freiraum Umwelt, Bremen location is looking for support in environmental construction supervision.



We are looking for a permanent position in part-time (at least 30 hours/week) or full-time. You will preferably work from home with regular attendance days in Bremen.



Your tasks:

- Main tasks: Environmental construction supervision or environmental construction monitoring, including briefing those involved in construction, monitoring compliance with environmental/nature conservation measures during construction, moderating the topic of nature and environmental protection on the construction site, participation in construction meetings and coordination with the responsible authorities

- Preparation of specialist landscape conservation reports, faunistic planning area analyses and specialist species protection reports for small projects as required



Requirements:

- Degree in landscape planning, environmental planning, biology, ecology, geography or comparable

- At least 1 year of professional experience

- goal-oriented communication with clients and project participants from other disciplines, especially those involved in construction

- Independent and confident participation in meetings and appointments with authorities

- Experienced use of common MS Office software

- Car driver's license and driving experience

- High degree of willingness to travel; overnight stays are only required in absolutely exceptional cases
