We are an interdisciplinary team and think landscape and urban planning, landscape architecture, participation and communication together. For many years, we have successfully supported our municipal clients in the sustainable development of their cities and communities - always with an open eye for a future worth living. The special consideration of the respective local framework conditions, both in ecological as well as social, cultural or economic terms, is always our top priority.



In the field of project planning, we work on challenging and exciting projects - from unique tourist attractions and diverse public open spaces to individually designed open spaces in residential and commercial areas. We would be happy to present current projects to you as part of an interview.



Our project areas are mainly located in Berlin, Brandenburg, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, North Rhine-Westphalia and Schleswig-Holstein.




Who we are looking for



To support our team in the area of construction supervision in Berlin, we are looking for an employee for work in the service phases 6-9. This involves organizational tasks, preparation of construction management tasks and additional work for construction supervision.



The tasks include, for example, the preparation and updating of cost and construction schedules, preparatory activities for tendering and awarding contracts as well as updating construction site protocols. Other possible supporting tasks would be in the area of checking supplementary quotations, invoices and quantity takeoffs and assisting with construction site documentation for internal and external purposes. Support in the preparation of measurements, participation in construction site appointments and changes to construction drawings can also fall within the scope of duties.



What do you bring with you?


We are looking for the following skills and abilities from successful applicants:



- A university degree in landscape architecture, landscape conservation, civil engineering or a comparable subject would be an advantage. Professional experience in the field would be desirable, but not a requirement - ideal for career starters or graduates!
- Minimum requirement is a commercial apprenticeship in a relevant field paired with professional experience in the field

- Technical and spatial understanding

- Knowledge of common software and a driving license (class B) are desirable.

- Knowledge of VOB and HOAI is desirable, but not a requirement

- Good knowledge of German

- Ability to work in a team and desire to learn on the job

- Willingness to travel (one or more days, within Germany)
