Job Description

To strengthen our team in Berlin, we are looking for a committed landscape architect / engineer / horticultural technician with professional experience for the processing of demanding projects in the service phases 5-9 (HOAI outdoor facilities) - focus on construction supervision.
Your areas of responsibility

- Project processing and project management for service phases 5-9 of the outdoor facilities planning

- Technical development of innovative designs

- Independent, high-quality construction site management / construction supervision

- Carrying out building inspections

- Compiling and checking documentation

- Leading and coordinating all project participants on site

- Leading construction meetings

- Participating in planning and specialist planning meetings

- Creating specifications and participating in contract awards

- Quality, deadline and cost control

- Measurement, invoice and verification checks

- Close coordination with clients and authorities

- Presentation of projects (e.g. to clients, authorities and in committee meetings)

Your qualifications

- Successfully completed studies as a civil engineer or landscape architect

or state-certified technician in gardening and landscaping

- At least 5 years of professional experience in the service phases 5-9 of open space planning

- Sound legal knowledge (VOB, LBO, HOAI, ABau)

- Good IT skills (AutoCAD/Vectorworks, AVA programs (Orca), MS Office)

- Ability to work independently, team player, flexibility, reliability
