Job Description

To strengthen our team in Überlingen, we are looking for a committed landscape architect with at least 3-5 years of professional experience for the processing of demanding projects in the work phases 3-7 (HOAI outdoor facilities) - focus on work planning tender.



Your areas of responsibility:

- Project processing and project management for LP 3-7 of the open space planning

- Close coordination with clients and authorities

- Presentation of projects (e.g. to clients, authorities and in committee meetings)



Your qualifications:

- At least 3 years of professional experience

- Experience in all service phases of open space planning

- Good ability to convert design into work planning

- Sound legal knowledge (VOB, LBO, HOAI)

- Good IT skills (AutoCAD, MS Office, AVA programs (Orca), ... )

- Ability to work independently, team player, flexibility, reliability

- Business fluent language level / C2 level

- Class B driving license
