Your tasks:



- You will develop and work independently on projects in work phases 1 - 9.

- You will be responsible for the conceptual planning of large-scale

contexts, e.g. for ISEKs.

- You carry out award procedures in accordance with VOB for the implementation of measures.

- You award services to external open space planners in accordance with the HOAI, including

the technical support.

- You prepare political decisions to be obtained and implement them.

- You develop participation procedures for projects and measures and carry

Our requirements:



In addition to a degree in engineering, preferably in landscape conservation / landscaping (diploma, bachelor's or master's degree), you should have at least 4 years of experience in the planning, tendering and construction management of outdoor facilities.



Sound knowledge of HOAI and technical regulations, VOB, procedures according to UVgO etc. are required as well as a confident demeanor, high level of commitment and flexibility. Economic and cost-conscious thinking is also required. In addition to the confident use of the standard software used (Microsoft Office), knowledge of AutoCad and LandCad as well as Itwo (AVA) is an advantage.



Knowledge of the relevant legal principles, in particular the technical regulations, as well as experience in project management and good written and oral expression are required. In addition to negotiating skills, social skills, communication and conflict resolution skills and coordination skills are also expected.



You have an interest in current topics in landscape architecture such as climate change, biodiversity, green infrastructure and sponge cities.



The role requires a willingness to work outside regular working hours (events in the evening or at weekends). A class B driver's license would be desirable.
