Team leader open space planning (m/f/d)



If you can manage complex projects yourself, are ready to coordinate and lead a dedicated team, feel at home in all phases of work, can be a coach and motivator even in difficult phases and, last but not least, have the profitability of the projects under control, you will find the perfect field of activity at faktorgruen. You bring with you:

- University degree as a Master's, Bachelor's or engineer in the field of landscape architecture

- Strong communication skills in written and spoken German

- Ideally professional experience "at the desk" and on the construction site and as a team leader/manager

- Independent and autonomous way of working, coupled with a high level of assertiveness

- Confident handling of MS Office (M365) and a CAD program, preferably VectorWorks and/or AVA (California)

- Willingness to travel within the region and a car driver's license to attend external appointments
