Project Manager (m/f/d) Planning and Construction of the State Garden Show



With your professional expertise, you will take on projects and sub-areas within the overall Landesgartenschau project. You will keep an eye on the planning and construction processes used to design the garden show site. You will also manage the organization and implementation of the construction measures for the 2027 State Garden Show. You will work closely with renowned planning offices.

This is your task:

- You will represent the client in dealings with service providers and contractors

- You will be involved in the conceptual-strategic, planning and implementation-related orientation of the overall Landesgartenschau 2027 project

- You coordinate the planning and implementation process

- You will manage cost control, time and quality management

- You will carry out the coordination and approval processes with the relevant authorities and project participants

- You organize the awarding processes and procurement

- You will be involved in committee work

- You coordinate the exhibition contributions and temporary infrastructure

- You will organize the operation of the 2027 State Garden Show

This is you:

- You are highly motivated: you have a degree in engineering or comparable training

- Chaos has no chance: You are very good at organizing and coordinating

- Time is money: you think economically and work purposefully

- You can think freely: you are creative in your actions and flexible in your thinking

- Must be: You are familiar with the application of public procurement law, HOAI and VOB

- Talking is golden: You are a master of communication, can negotiate and persuade

- You are passionate about future topics: You are interested in and curious about new things, for example climate protection, biodiversity, digital developments, integration and inclusion

- Date of employment: at the earliest possible date

- Full-time

- The position is temporary for the duration of the State Garden Show project, probably until December 31, 2027. If both parties are interested, options for continued employment with the City of Neustadt an der Weinstraße will be considered
