LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT

Your tasks

- You will manage and work independently on projects from the basic assessment to the design and approval planning, with advice to the client, sound costing and scheduling

- You develop your project independently on the basis of negotiations with authorities, in political committees and other interest groups and represent it in public

- You coordinate the project-related external planners and specialists

- You lead your team, distribute tasks, provide guidance and control

- You take on higher-level sub-tasks in the office, in contract management and help shape quality management



Your profile

- You have sufficient professional experience in project planning landscape architecture with a degree from a German-speaking university

- You can routinely manage and control projects internally and externally

- You develop high-quality design solutions based on sound knowledge of all relevant technical standards

- You can design confidently, design in CAD on the computer and have good knowledge of 3D

- You are familiar with all approval-related issues

- You enjoy your work and show above-average commitment and curiosity for continuous personal development

- You are a communicative character with a self-confident demeanor

- You have a good command of the German language, both orally and in writing
