Immediately - part-time 40-60%



Your tasks: Drawing support for the LPH 1-5.




Creation of construction drawings and plans:

- Creation of implementation plans (site plans, sections, details, standard structures, etc.)

- Drawing floor plans, views and sections to scale

- Creating 3D models

- Creating parts lists and material compositions

Supporting the construction management:

- Coordination with other architects, specialist planners and site managers involved

- Participation in the preparation of specifications and tender documents

- Site inspection and documentation of construction progress

General office activities:

- Processing incoming and outgoing mail

- Filing of documents

- Creating presentations



Your profile:



Education:

- Completed training as a draftsman or comparable professional training

Knowledge:

- CAD programs (VectorWorks)

- Building regulations and standards

- BIM experience as an advantage

- Technical drawing

- Knowledge of materials

Skills:

- Careful and precise work

- Ability to work in a team

- Communication skills

- Independent way of working

Personal characteristics:

- Commitment and motivation
