Landscape Architect Lph 1-5 / Competition (m/f/d)

Part-time 40-60%

Location: Fürth



Your tasks:



Design and planning of outdoor facilities:

- Conception and design of public and private green spaces, parks, gardens, leisure facilities and playgrounds

- Creation of sketches, drawings, 3D models and presentations

- Development of lighting concepts and furnishing plans

- Consideration of functional, aesthetic and ecological aspects

Advice and support for customers:

- Advising clients on the selection of materials and plants

- Supporting clients throughout the entire project phase

- Preparation of cost estimates and invoices

Other tasks:

- Acquisition of new customers and projects

- Participation in further training and specialist conferences

- Public relations work



Your profile:



Degree:

- Completed studies in landscape architecture or comparable professional training

Knowledge:

- CAD and AVA programs (Vectorworks and Orca AVA)

- Building regulations and standards

- Plant and material science

- Photoshop and SketchUp experience

- Good German language skills and written and spoken communication skills, important for the final documentation of each service phase

Skills:

- Creativity and design talent

- Technical knowledge

- Ability to work in a team

- Independent way of working
