Job Description

Our dedicated team of 20 landscape architects, engineers and draughtsmen has been passionately committed to the planning and implementation of open space projects for two decades. Our project managers accompany the project and the client from the initial idea through to completion. They work independently with their project team and are responsible for presentations, meetings, time and cost management. Training and passing on knowledge to young colleagues is part of the office culture.



Your tasks:

- Exchange with clients, contractors and other specialist disciplines

- Mentor for your project team and organization of the entire project process

in cooperation with the management

- Implementation planning and detailed development in work phases 3-8

in accordance with HOAI

- Coordination of the tendering and awarding of construction services

- Supervision of project implementation on site until final acceptance



Your profile:

- Completed studies in landscape architecture or comparable

qualification

- Professional experience in Lp 1-8

- Good communication skills, confident and friendly demeanor

- Enjoy working in a responsible and structured team

- Leadership qualities and willingness to take on responsibility

- Experienced handling of programs such as Vectorworks, Adobe CS,

tendering software and MS Office
