Job Description

Are you interested in the landscape and would you like to work on exciting projects on Schleswig-Holstein's Baltic coast with a friendly team? For our Environmental Planning department, we are looking for committed employees who enjoy teamwork and want to take on responsibility.

What range of tasks can you expect as an employee in environmental construction supervision?
Sustainability is very important to us, which is why we focus on the continuous and long-term development of our employees. We are looking for colleagues with extensive knowledge of nature conservation, technical understanding and a willingness to take on responsibility as the first point of contact for electricity grid expansion projects.

You will develop nature conservation guidelines for construction operations on the basis of approval documents and the relevant environmental and nature conservation legislation. During construction, you will accompany the measures on site and be available as a contact person for clients, construction companies and the authorities involved. You will be involved in proposing solutions to problems that arise during construction. As part of your monitoring activities, you will ensure that the requirements of the environment and nature are adequately taken into account and integrated into construction operations that are as trouble-free as possible.

What you should bring with you:

 A degree in landscape planning or comparable sciences (environmental planning, landscape planning/architecture, biology, landscape ecology, geography, agricultural sciences, etc.), or at least five years of practical experience in the desired field, preferably on construction sites. Practical experience in environmental construction supervision, project management and/or construction management is also welcome (not a basic requirement)

 Negotiation skills, good communication skills, solution orientation and resilience

 Sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team and ability to work independently and in a structured manner

 Basic knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines of nature conservation and environmental law

 Class B driving license (vehicle fleet available)

 Technical understanding / practical experience in construction operations / management is welcome
