-You create service specifications and cost calculations and coordinate the awarding of contracts

-You coordinate planning and construction processes and always keep an eye on quality, deadlines and costs

-When it comes to the structural implementation of your projects, you are regularly on site and act as a competent point of contact for clients, authorities and project participants.


-Your work is characterized by your sound technical expertise as well as your aesthetic and visual standards.

-Invoice audits and supplement management round off your tasks, as does carrying out acceptance tests and monitoring the rectification of defects.



what you are

-You have studied landscape architecture or open space planning or have successfully completed comparable training - for example as a master craftsman/technician in gardening and landscaping.

-You are fit in the areas of VOB, BGB, HOAI, DINs and standards.

-You are also familiar with Vectorworks, ORCA-AVA, Microsoft Office 365 and common graphics programs.

-You are creative, independent and well organized, so that you can keep track of even complex tasks.

-You are responsible, assertive, a strong communicator and have a confident manner.

-Your professional experience and construction practice will help you here.
