The Department of Environmental and Open Space Planning of the Faculty of Spatial and Environmental Planning at RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau is looking for a team-oriented, creative research assistant (m/f/d) from the fields of open space planning, landscape architecture, spatial planning, urban planning, architecture or related disciplines with an interest in current issues of design and qualification of urban and regional open spaces and topics of climate change adaptation and user-oriented design of urban open spaces.



The university location in Kaiserslautern is situated on the Palatinate Forest-North Vosges biosphere reserve, is close to France and offers a wide range of leisure opportunities in nature plus cultural activities in a lively small city.



We offer a position (50-75%) for 3 years to work in teaching and research with the possibility of a doctorate. An extension of the employment period is sought. The possibility of an increase in the approval of third-party funding projects is given.
