Job Description

We are now looking for active reinforcement for our 40-strong team in the area of construction management (work phases 6-8).



As a site manager, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of landscape projects from planning to completion.

Your tasks include, among other things

// Project management: coordination and monitoring of all construction phases, deadlines and budgets

// Leading the construction team: motivating and guiding employees and collaborating with external service providers

// Quality control: Ensuring high quality standards in the execution of landscape projects

// Communication: Regular coordination with clients, architects and other project participants



What you bring with you:

// Completed studies in landscape architecture, gardening and landscaping or similar or a master's degree in gardening and landscaping

// Several years of professional experience as a site manager in gardening and landscaping

Sound knowledge of construction management planning and control

// Strong leadership skills and team spirit, strong communication skills and customer orientation

// Confident handling of relevant software tools such as Vectorworks and AVA California, good IT skills in MS Office

// Car driver's license
