Job Description

We are now looking for an energetic part-time IT reinforcement for our 40-strong team.



At the interface between landscape architecture and digitalization, you will support us in the development and maintenance of software solutions to sustainably optimize our internal processes.



Your tasks will include, among other things

// Python scripting: development and maintenance of scripts for automation, for example in CAD processes (Vectorworks), adaptation and further development of in-house software tools

// All-in-one ERP solution Odoo: Implementation, configuration and ongoing optimization of Odoo as a central company platform, integration of various business processes (e.g. project management, accounting, resource planning)

// AI integration: Integration of large language models (LLMs) and other AI technologies in selected workflows, further development of existing processes using innovative, AI-based approaches

// General IT support: system integration and administration (server, network, software), installation and maintenance of applications on server and client systems, implementation and control of security standards (e.g. access concepts, data and network security)



What you bring with you:

// We are open to career starters and career changers with a high motivation to learn

// Basic knowledge of Python or a comparable language or willingness to familiarize yourself intensively

// Basic knowledge of AI/machine learning or willingness to acquire this

// Strong team spirit, independent and autonomous way of working
