Job Description

We are now looking for an energetic addition to our 40-strong team in the area of project management for all service phases.



As a project manager, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of landscape projects from design to execution.



Your tasks include, among other things

// Project management: coordination and monitoring of all service phases, deadlines and budgets

// Leading the project team: motivating and guiding colleagues and collaborating with external service providers

// Quality control: Ensuring high quality standards in the planning of landscape projects

// Communication: Regular coordination with clients, architects and other project participants



What you bring with you:

// Completed studies in landscape architecture, gardening and landscaping or similar or a master's degree in gardening and landscaping

// Several years of professional experience as a project manager in gardening and landscaping

Sound knowledge of project planning and management

// Strong leadership skills and team spirit, strong communication skills and customer orientation

// Interest in innovation, digitalization, contemporary landscape architecture, ecology and an integrative, open-minded planning approach

// High technical and design understanding. Creative sketching and graphic skills are desirable.

// Confident use of relevant software tools such as Vectorworks and AVA California, good IT skills in MS Office

// Very good written and spoken German
