Elverdal is an innovative provider of play and exercise spaces and part of an international group with partners in 60 countries. Our mission: We design playgrounds and aesthetic outdoor spaces that enrich communities and promote the development of children, young people and adults.
We are now looking for you as a project and sales consultant (m/f/d) to further expand our success on the German market!
Your task - designing, advising, selling
In your sales area, you will be responsible for developing and selling projects to local authorities, schools and institutions as well as (landscape) architects, building contractors, residential construction and other customer groups.
Your tasks will include:
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through active consulting and presentations.
- Developing creative projects in collaboration with our design department.
- Creating and negotiating offers, from standard solutions from our portfolio to customized concepts.
- Supporting customer projects through to completion and handover to our technical and production teams.
- Participation in trade fairs and networking events to expand your customer base.
You work independently from your home office, but are part of a strong, international team and are supported by our main office in Copenhagen and our parent company Buglo.
What you bring with you
- Sales experience: At least 3-5 years in project and/or field sales, ideally with our target group
- Strong communication skills: You are a networker with a knack for building lasting customer relationships. Communicating (written and spoken) in English, even in daily business, is a matter of course for you.
- Self-initiative: You can organize your working day yourself and never lose sight of your goal.
- Negotiation skills: You can understand customer needs and offer tailor-made solutions.
- CRM experience: You know the importance of structured pipeline management.
- Class B driving license and willingness to travel on business.
Commercial or technical training is a plus, but not a prerequisite - your motivation and commitment are crucial!
