TASK AREAS

- The focus of the work is on work phases 6-8

- Construction management of major projects as part of a team

- Taking responsibility for the construction management of open space projects

- Diverse development opportunities up to the management of a construction management team for large-scale projects



WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:

- At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of landscape architecture, civil engineering or comparable professional focus

- Fluent, business fluent written and spoken German

- Good communication skills and enjoy dealing with people as well as negotiating skills and assertiveness

- Independent, committed and responsible way of working

- Diverse experience in the construction site management of medium to large open space projects
