TASK AREAS

- Coordination of major projects in work phases 6-9, guidance of colleagues

- Realization of large-scale projects, construction periods of up to 6 years

- Management of a construction management team within the projects

- Managing our external construction managers, ensuring that projects are completed on time and on budget



WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:

- At least 7 years of professional experience in the field of landscape architecture, civil engineering or comparable professional specializations

- Fluent, business fluent written and spoken German

- Good communication skills and enjoy working with people as well as the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues

- Diverse experience in the construction site management of medium to large open space projects
