The Corona pandemic poses major challenges to planning agencies not only from a health perspective, but also from an economic and legal perspective.
To support them, the bdla offers its members exclusively and free of charge the online seminar "Corona Crisis - Impact on Planning and Construction", on Wednesday, 25 March 2020, 4.30 - 6.00 pm.
Dr. Sebastian Schattenfroh, legal advisor of the bdla, will explain in particular the construction and contractual aspects of the crisis. For example, how is it to be dealt with when planning services cannot be provided on time because the entire planning office is under quarantine? What should be considered in the event of Corona-related construction delays?
