On 1 January 2021, the amended HOAI will come into force. Dr. Sebastian Schattenfroh, legal advisor of the bdla, reports on the innovations of the fee regulations and their effects in an online seminar.

Cancellation conditions
Conference registrations that are not cancelled up to two weeks before the start of the event will be charged in full. Substitution of the registered participant is possible. If the number of participants is too low, the bdla reserves the right to cancel the event.
Further education
Participants will receive a certificate of continuing education. Recognition as further training will be applied for at the Chambers of Architects of North Rhine-Westphalia and Baden-Württemberg. The architectural chambers of Berlin, Bremen, Hesse, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland, Saxony, Schleswig-Holstein and Thuringia also generally recognise bdla training courses.R. likewise recognize.
