The 2nd edition of booklet 29 of the AHO series of publications continues the overview and clarifications on services to be freely agreed for objects of outdoor facilities according to the HOAI 2021.

In the case of remuneration agreements for the object planning of outdoor facilities, a distinction must be made between basic services of the service description, whose remuneration is to be derived from the orientation values of the fee tables, and special services to be freely agreed.

Booklet No. 29 provides guidance on the relevant questions of delimitation. It is intended as a guide for contractual discussions between clients and contractors for services in accordance with the HOAI, in that it does not discuss matters in relation to the profession, but in relation to services, and clarifies them for all disciplines and interest groups involved.
