On November 22, 2022, the members of the BAK Landscape Architecture Committee met for their fall meeting.

The first item on the agenda "Regularities" was dedicated to the introduction of the newcomers -Andrea Gebhard, BAK President, and Sonja Rossa-Banthien, board member of AK Saxony.

Andrea Gebhard's first official act in the committee was to chair the election of the committee chairperson and his/her deputy.

The new committee chairman is Christoph Schonhoff, landscape architect bdla, nsp landschaftsarchitekten stadtplaner PartGmbB schonhoff schadzek depenbrock, Hanover.

The long-standing deputy Berthold Eckebrecht, landscape architect bdla, ELBBERG Kruse, Rathje, Springer, Eckebrecht Partnerschaft mbB, Hamburg, and Vice President of the Chamber of Architects of the Hanseatic City, was confirmed in his office.

A heartfelt thank you was extended to Klaus Neisser, landscape architect bdla and urban planner BDB, Bad Kissingen, who had chaired the committee since 2010.

Task areas of the committee under new/old leadership are climate protection and energy policy on a national and international level, open space design plan, HOAI 202x, results of the professional policy survey 2021, New European Bauhaus (NEB), DGNB declaration sustainability landscape architecture.
