Under the leadership of the BDA and in cooperation with the leading planners' and municipal associations, the revised guide to the Public Procurement Ordinance (VgV-Verfahren) has been published. The bdla has also co-signed the publication.
The guide for qualified and legally compliant awarding of architectural services is intended to support planners with general principles and practical recommendations when applying for public contracts. The guide is available in digital form at www.vgv-architekten.de available.
