On January 17 and 18, 2025, more than 400 landscape architects from German-speaking countries will once again meet for the bdla Construction Manager Talks, the network meeting of their profession.
Topics include sustainable open spaces in accordance with the new FLL regulations, rainwater treatment prior to infiltration, avenue trees of the future and necessary pruning, as well as the use of asphalt. AI as a digital assistant for construction management and innovative measurement methods will also be discussed. As always, there will be updates from the regulatory work and legal presentations, including on service phases 6 and 7 and legal advice from landscape architects.
The two-day training course will conclude with a compact seminar on the daily planning practice of movement joints in construction methods with bonded building materials and three interesting excursions: Dortmund Coking Plant Park, Gethmannscher Garten Hattingen and Hoeschpark Dortmund.
