One year after the new General Data Protection Regulation came into force, it is time to take stock.

The training course is an attempt to contribute to clarification with the help of four presentations.

The speakers come from the following fields:

• Enforcement authority / Senate (waste management authorityBerlin)


• Analysis and laboratory work


• Disposer of mineral waste / construction waste processor / sales of substitute building materials


• Consulting and monitoring engineering office

The training serves to reflect on the practical application of the EBV for the field of open space planning and gardening and landscaping and is a comparison between claim and reality for the states of Berlin and Brandenburg.
