The event is dedicated to technical installations in outdoor facilities and A-construction contract outdoor facilities.

Together with Dr. Sebastian Schattenfroh, a specialist lawyer for construction and architectural law as well as for public procurement law, the bdla has developed recommendations for the agreement of planning services for technical installations in outdoor facilities (cost group 540) and their fees. The brochure prepared for this purpose will be presented in the seminar, the individual aspects will be discussed and debated with the seminar participants.

From the contents (KG 540):

- Classification of the topic in HOAI and work contract law
- Distinction between service level and fee level
- Chargeability of KG 540 yes / no, pro and contra
- Fee-related effects
- Solution proposal of the BDLA

In addition, Dr. Schattenfroh will present a commentary on the model contract for outdoor installations from the A-Bau of the State of Berlin, status 2017.
