The Urban Development Working Group deals with current urban development issues - from urban open space planning to open spaces in housing and green infrastructure.

The work of the working group was limited in 2021 due to Corona. Current topics required a short-term reaction and were dealt with via press releases in the extended board. However, there was an exchange on events and the like. In addition, cooperation with the bdla BUND working group on urban development (Almut Jirku), the working group on urban development of the Berlin Chamber of Architects (Eike Richter), the Council for Urban Development Berlin (Stefan Buddatsch) and the DGGL (Philipp Sattler) was activated and maintained through the participation of members of the working group.

Interested colleagues are welcome to contact Almut Jirku at a.jirku[at]berlin.de for information on current topics and meetings.
